Refund Policy

Last updated: November 2025. At CJJ Detailing, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide high-quality detailing services on every appointment. Because our services involve time, labor, and materials, all sales are considered final once the service has begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee or forfeiting a deposit. Refunds are only issued in cases where a service was paid for but not performed, or when a verified billing error occurred. If you are dissatisfied with your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will review the issue to determine whether a partial refund, credit, or re-service is appropriate. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method within 5–7 business days. CJJ Detailing reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these conditions or result from factors beyond our control such as weather, pre-existing vehicle damage, or customer expectations not aligned with the service description.
