Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment if conditions prevent safe or proper service, including weather, location access, or customer conduct. CJJ Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your vehicle’s surfaces, and while every precaution is taken, we are not liable for minor cosmetic issues that may arise during normal detailing procedures. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
